The team has just replaced the gas discharge bulb in my car's headlight, which was a challenging job. The technicians and the centre manager were all very polite, friendly and punctual. Truly the best car service I have had in years. Exceptional value and very highly recommended.
Fantastic service, the guys were so nice and helpful. My front light bulb needed replacing which they did very quickly and even fitted my windscreen wipers and filled up the washer fluid for free. 10/10 recommend
I don’t usually do Google reviews. My car was looked after by Muzi and his team. I came in for an MOT. They did a fantastic job. Muzi especially was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He remained very professional throughout the process and clearly explained all the work that needed to be done to fix my car to get it through the MOT. He also ensured that the work was carried out within a reasonable amount of time and remained in constant communication with me. A++Services: General repairs & maintenance
Had my Brake Oil changed at this branch and the staff were very accommodating and patient. I was even late to my appointment but not only were they happy to help, they even got the job done before the time they quoted. Every time I've been to this branch, Muzi helped me visually explain what the hell was wrong with my vehicle, such a friendly and patient fella. Today I serviced my BMW at Halfords in harrow for a MOT service. I was served by Muzi Noori and I am pleased with this service who was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly kept me posted on progress of the vehicle throughout the service. Very bad service, I booked the replacement of my 4 new tyres, wheel alignment and wheel balancing. After the service when i came home i found out that my locking nut was not there and i was going out of London so if I hadn't checked and my tyre went flat then i would be in a big trouble so I had to went back 2nd time and get if from the service centre. Then on motorway I found that my wheel balancing was not done properly and the steering wheel was all over the place soon as I touch 60mph + so had to went back again 3rd time. Then the next day i had to go on motorway and I found that the wheel alignment is out so had to went again! 4th time but they still didn't do it correctly and i had to pay something to get it done. So it is a horrible service.Services: Steering & suspension repair
I was greeted by Muzi and he was very helpful, gave me great advice on the reapris and services my vehicle needed and got them done without any hassle. I highly recommend to use harrow branch for all car servicing and mot! Very kind and also signed me up to HMC to save me ££!!Services: Wheel alignment
Took my car for DPF clean. All good. My car is working, errors from dashboard gone. No longer in safe mode. Happy with results so far.
I had booked an MOT at Harrow autocentre. Harrow called on the morning of my pre-booked MOT to postpone it, as they had no MOT testers for my booking. They only had slots available several weeks later. The new slot offered was too late and inconvenient, forcing us to cancel. I was promised a refund on the phone; however I did not get an email confirming refund, and had to chase it by phone days later.
Really poor experience with this company. They have cancelled my MOT TWICE. This has cost me time off work. After the second cancellation I decided to go elsewhere. Still waiting on my refund as I paid upfront for a service and MOT.
