An absolutely excellent bike repair store. I've never been shown so much attention and every experience of dealing with Neil and his team has been fantastic. These guys are not your usual component fitters, they're true mechanics who try to be as cost effective as possible. They keep you updated and even offer second hand components if necessary to get the job done within budget.
Amazing! Went there for a quick puncture repair And the guy did a full service on my bike! Fixed the wheel, handlebar, the cassette and the chain! After the repairs I was flying! Thank you very much Neil Strongly recommend
I can highly recommend Neil's Wheels, I took my bike in for a full service and it feels brand new again, perfectly tuned and lovely to ride. The guys in the shop know their stuff and offered plenty of advice when I came to collect my bike. They also offered a free tune up 2 weeks after the service which I took advantage of. Cheers guys, I'll be back!
Very knowledgeable anhepfulmanager and staff. Although I arrived near closing time he spent 45...iminues pointing out failures I'made tryingto repair my bike ; thenreplacing the rear wheel, putting new cables on and replacing a. Chainlink I'd broken, and a brake armwhich idnot setup acurately or greased properly . Then as it was nearly six o'clock heonly charged me £40 forall his hard overtime work! .a couple of weeks before I'd taken in a grey sprayed hybrid which needed a dropout or hanger fot the rear derailleur. No bike shop in Kingston was able to source the right type but amechanic at Neills managed to provide the right one after I left it with them 8-10,days! E d
Fantastic customer service! A great independent business, and an important local service for Molesey. I dropped by today, after having trouble with the brake pads on my bike. They fixed the issue there and then. The pads were sorted, and some of the spokes adjusted. The guys were really helpful and friendly, and explained everything very clearly. I thoroughly recommend Neil's Wheels, and the work of the excellent guys who offer their skills there.
Neil's Wheels are seriously BACK! Having been worried to death about having to go to Sigma Sports during lockdown, I resisted. My Fausto Coppi Lugano came back like a brand new bike after a major overhaul. Very pleased.
Delighted with my Brompton Service. It turns out 2 of the guys that work there used to work at Brompton dealers. Seemed to really know their stuff. I have no hesitation in recommending and I will definitely return there for my next service. A great find.

Absolutely brilliant service and repairs at this bike shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and gives a great advice on upgrades, regardless of the budget. Highly recommend.
Amazing customer service ! Came In to buy a pair of new pedals and the gentleman took my bike and fitted them for free, had an issue with my front rack and they took the time out to fix that for me alsowithout me asking. Also adjusted my back break. Amazing customer service, friendly, welcoming and really good guys, will be back soon!
