I was able to be seen on the same day I requested an appointment. The appointment ran on time and Dr Ghosh was really kind, friendly and helpful. He clearly explained the cause and impact of my hand injury to me and shared useful advice on treatment. He also made the time to discuss another health concern which I really appreciated.
I just spoke to Sonia, and I want to express how happy I am and how this surgery works. I made an appointment in the morning via IQ app, which was nice and easy. In about 2h I received a phone call, consulted my symptoms with Sonia, and received a prescription directly to my local farmacy. Didn't have to take a day off or spend hours on the phone trying to get an appointment. We are so happy with this surgery. When my kids or wife had some health issues, it was handled also very professionally. Thank you! Keep the good work.
Amazing surgery. All staff are gentle and polite especially the lady Naila Usman taking blood samples is fantastic. She gave me efficient service because before her finding my veins were hard. Although every matter I found GP helpful for me. Thank you
Fantastic Surgery. All that work here are very professional and efficient. The lady who does the blood tests Naila Usman is especially good at her job. She is very gentle and good at finding my veins even though most find it difficult. I highly recommend this practice.
I am very happy with this GP services and today I had my flu jab appointment and I was seen quickly and I did not have to wait. Overall very good service and all the staff is polite and helpful.
I booked an appointment through the Doctor IQ app. The process was quick and easy and I received a phone consultation later the same day. I spoke to Sonia, who gave really helpful advice and was happy to answer my questions throughly.
I am Totally disappointed from your services and worried about my 2.6 year daughter. I visited 2 times before April 22 by getting appointment for Vaccines for my daughter. Both of times they refused to check that what Vaccines she needed or left even I have names of all Vaccines which was done in india but Dr. Told me that it will take much time so just mail us and then we will call you if she need any Vaccines I mailed already on 4th of April about all Vaccines name which my daughter done in india but still I am waiting for the reply and I did not get any response from your gp when i called today then receptionist check that mail after 5 months and told me that nurse will check it and we will call you about which Vaccines is due which is very bad experience. Even today I got polio Vaccines letter for my daughter and I called them for appointment or general enquiries but i got response of my call after 50 minutes. Also, my wife done a test I forgot the name of that test but after that we were not advised or get result of that test or any information about it. Also, once I had urinary infection and I suffered a lot and I had pain as well when I called gp I got telephoneic appointment after 3 weeks till that I have done solution by calling indian Dr. From india And got medication advice from them. Feel very bad because i have spent 3700 pounds for 3 people ihs fee but getting this kind of service.
I've always had a positive experience with Mollison Way Surgery ,all the staff are very kind and helpful. I've been seen quickly and always treated with kindness. Miss Vini Rawal goes the extra mile. Thanks for your help!
Extremely poor service. I don’t understand why people from reception are there because they are never helpful. They are rejecting medication orders thru the app like they are have any knowledge about the medication. Making appointments early in the morning to wait outside in the rain 15 mins after opening hour. Doctors always say that everything is alright even you don’t feel good.
I am very happy with the treatment and services provided by Molllison way GP surgery. The doctors are very caring. Varsha helped me for my diabetes treatment and its working well now. Surgery staff at reception Shailendra and Rockey is very helpful.
