When I got an appointment to attend this hospital for further investigation I was feeling very anxious. I arrived a bit early for my appointment but was immediately made to feel welcome.nAll the staff were very polite and full of smiles.nThis made me feel important and at ease.nDuring my appointment the nurses and doctors were supportive and professional and I didn’t feel that I had to rush or that any question was silly. I would like to thank them for the amazing job they are doing.
Had a wisdom tooth extraction done here by Hannah and a really great nurse. Was seen promptly in Oral-Maxillofacial Department and they made the whole process worry-free and easy.
I went here first time for a blood test I usually go to the Royal Free Hospital. The man who took my blood test had a. problem with blood draw from my left arm and started fishing /probing around veins with the needle. I felt pressure and excruciating pain and told him he can try my right arm from past I knew right arm was better but I did not expect to feel so much pain and pressure. It has never happened to me before.nI have read online and by the law this is negligence and it's prohibited. They can probe with a small needle the veins, but should not go 'fishing'. What he did was an act of mispractice. I won't have my blood tests done anymore to this hospital. I am using another service of the hospital and I am happy with it, but I have not expected such thing to happen to me just with a simple blood test. They should not allow 'fishing' during blood test. Full stop! Awful!
Today 04.02.2025 from 14:00 till 14:19 I was trying to rich the hospital line for book an appointment, I start to speak kindly with the stuff, but I received back - for what? What do you want? And she don’t want to listen to me, after she was smiling and said to me - okay - bye!!! And cancelled the call.nnIt’s unbelievable, THE STUFF IS VERY RUDE !!! Please, management, I’m really kindly asking you - hire another person at this position! There is no respect was from this woman, no understanding and NO HUMANITY!nOtherwise , I really love all the doctors over there and another people who’s working , but DO NOT WHOS ON THE RECEPTION AND CALL LINE!
Car parking ridiculous.nWaited 6 months for an appointment, arrived at hospital 20 minutes early at 09:00am, no car parking for patients, all taken up for staff.nPeople leaving, parking randomly and getting fined £50, loads of anger.nSORT IT OUT.
