very positive experience. i joined recently. the doctors are caring and the reception staff is always willing ton help. so is the blood pressure nurse who relaxes you with a conversation before taking the pressure. i am very pleased with this centre. i had experience with doctor Stevenson and Dr da silva who are very caring and professional.
The doctors are give good treatment but very hard to get an appointment! I received a letter from Oak Lodge to see the doctor and i am try to get an appointment but very hard to get me to see the doctor! Its almost 2 months now. The reception service is very slow and whenever i call to make for an appointment but the reception not picking up the call and always going to voice mail. also wanted to cancel the appointment also the same things is happened that they pickup the call and cutting the line This medical centre have to upgrade their service!
Drs are perfect but the receptionists not helpful at all booking an appointment is hell .they lose documents and some of them are really rude on the fone .always don't have appointments available will refer u to online booking .and U wonder wats there job.cant even get to see the Drs after a hospital letter sent to them for u to contact u go .
The receptionist send you to the wrong room and the agency gps they hire don't care

The worst receptionists I've ever seen like dealing with these fenders were going through hell
As i said before i cant fault the service i have received from Oak Lodge Medical Centre thank you.
