Once you walk in, you get stuck. No one knows for how long . The nurse will check you quickly for pulsing which was reassuring . Then you are back to being stuck ! Even if you ask various staff they all will get agitated and will tell you very clearly that they have no idea of your waiting time. The patients are prioritized so if you do t bleed your name will be keep on dropping down the line. So bring your lunch and dinner and be patient . This sounds crazy but true, perhaps the staff may be sick themselves. And for the staff : Please give your patients some indication of WAITING TIME when they arrive before they succumb to their injuries
Went on Saturday evening at 5pm following a dog bite. The receptionists, the nurse undertaking the assessment for my leg plus both nurses who treated me showed me so much kindness and support. Everything done in one hour. Can’t praise the staff enough.
Very clean and spacious, the staff are very helpful. Edgware and Burnt oak underground stations are near but it's advisable to get a bus on the opposite side of the road that stops almost outside the hospital as parking is a nightmare .
I came back from the Walk In clinic just now and I'm so happy with their help. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse/doctor are class people and so helpful. Best NHS experience ever.
Not very helpfull i know how hard the dr's&nurses works long hours,not slagging them of,went to get the dressing down on leg , coming loose ,got called with in 5 mins,the nurse would' n even look @.legg ,sayin we r not alould to tuch corpressen now to ring gp on mon got apont next week. Tryed ringing the center first no one was picking up phone
