Booked a chair massage for two people at the same time. When I turned up, only one chair was available and we eventually had to take in turns. Never apologised for the inconvenience and went so far as to blame me for this issue. I had clarified twice on the phone if they would be able to do two people at the same time and I was told yes. Customer service was awful and the lady who takes the booking held her hands up to me physically and told me "not my fault, it's yours for not asking"?!. Truly shocked. Furthermore, her and her colleagues were having conversations about us in their own language which is unprofessional and discourteous.

The practitioners are more concerned with booking in rather than therapy for the individual . I am Chinese and believe me it's all about money especially in the west. But if you go and get what you want and tell them who you want then the Chinese medicine works.but overall this place is money face place .just be careful they will try to make money from your confusion.otherwise it's not bad for Chinese medicine.

I have been there so many times. Both the doctors and therapist are very perfessional.
