We were looking for a second hand car and found Martyn so helpful. He was able to offer advice on the which make & model would offer the most reliability.He did not put pressure on us for a quick sale. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend this small business. The car we purchased is both reliable and economical, we’ve had it 3 months so far and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a second hand car that is value for money and reliable give this business a try.

Please run away from this man called Martyns and his business, he sold a very bad Toyota Previa to me. I took the car back to him to fix it and weeks after giving me excuses said they stole the car and stopped picking my calls..unbelievable!!! Don't say you don't know me as I still have all the texts messages and even the car documents with me till now. It was years back but you stopped responding to my messages!!!

Impossible to communicate with, advertising a rotten car for top end price and replied to my text at 2am waking us up. Price goes up and up. Typical dodgy old car salesman just trying his best to cheat the taxman and flog people rotters. Make sure you look at the MOT history of any car he has for sale, one we tried to buy had lists length of the screen for rot and issues for 6 years in a row and then nothing at all this year. If i could rate him -5 i would.

Excellent customer service and great price.  We spent weeks searching for a vehicle that was big enough for our 2 giant dogs and was within our price range. Martyn Neville was the answer. A great range of vehicles, a first class sales service and a price that was affordable in all ways, vehicle, tax and insurance. We would recommend anyone to try Martyn Neville, if you want a trustworthy second hand vehicle at an affordable price.

I could not recommend this dealership enough! Martyn really does care about his customers, more so than he cares about making a sale. He was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. He was happy to arrange delivery of the car to my address over 100 miles away and to have an engineer from the RAC inspect the vehicle. When he noticed that I had misunderstood an aspect of the description, he made me aware of it, even though it meant that the vehicle wasn’t right for me and he would lose the sale. He also refunded the deposit I had made very quickly. An all round genuine and honest salesman and a credit to the industry. Thank you!

First time using Martyn, have to say from start to finish the whole experience was fabulous. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and not at all pushy. Martyn is a brilliant and easy person to deal with and very down to earth; will definitely use him in the future! Thanks again Martyn, we love our new car. Absolutely faultless!

We bought a car from Martyn car sales yesterday completely unaware of what to expect from him. He was extremely professional and welcoming. We have been bitten in the past by car dealers and so a hesitant feeling was present up until the moment he introduced himself. I cannot rate the experience highly enough. We had an agreement that we could get our family mechanic to check over the car the following day with a full refund if we were not happy. As promised by Martyn he stood by his words and we have now become an extremely happy buyer. I will most certainly be dealing with him again in the future!

A good start, followed by a bump in the road. Martyn is a straight talker, but friendly and approachable dealer. Car I purchased did break down soon after and was initially very upset, as was my partner being freezing cold outside didn't help Eventually managed to get him on the phone after a delay due to personal family matters. I'm out a bit of time and money, but neither of us could have predicted the future. All the best

I bought a Mazda 2 off Martin nearly 1 year ago. As a single lady I was a little apprehensive but Martyn was extremely patient and not at all pushy. The car has just passed its MOT with no advisories. What an excellent motor it has been, I love it, top quality car. Will come to Martyn again.

Avoid Martyn at all costs. He is a liar and just all round arrogant car dealer. Went to view a car at the weekend which had a few issues that needed sorting to make it road legal like new tyres, wiper blades and brake lights bulbs.  We agreed he would sort this out and also confirm the service history of the car. Expecting a callback during the week to complete the deal assuming everything got fixed. Found the autotrader ad had gone so got in contact to find he had sold the car behind my back.  Wasted my time even bothering to look at the car that clearly wasn''t going to get fixed and get sold onto someone else for a car that isn't even road legal!
