Terrible service. I visited with my family on Sunday, looking to buy a used XC60. The receptionist admitted she knew nothing about cars, so she went and asked the sales guy, who didn’t leave his desk, but gestured to the far side of the forecourt, where he thought there may be some XC60s. At no point did anyone enquire what we were after, whether we wanted to look inside a car etc - the staff were completely disinterested. Tried another Volvo dealership and a BMW dealership later the same day, and the service and welcome was far better. Will not be returning to Squire Furneaux.

Byron took the time to ensure I was well looked after and had all options available to me. He wasn't pushy or salesy and as a result, I will be buying from this dealership. Very knowledgable and presented information in a way that was understandable in real life.

My wife has just picked up our second Volvo V40 from this dealership and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Byron Jackson he is truly a credit to Volvo. My wife visited many brands looking for a suitable vehicle and although we also liked both the BMW and Mercedes the sales people did not take my wife seriously and we did not feel valued as potential customers, Byron on the other hand was utterly professional and as much as we love the Volvo that's essentially what sealed the deal. We were delighted when Byron took the time contact us with a super deal to change for a new Volvo and although we had not planned to change we felt that he really valued us as existing customers and worked hard to make our second purchase affordable. Well done Volvo and Byron Jackson. Natalie and Dan.
