Great ready made sandwiches. I find staff friendly and helpful when required. The establishment always looks clean and tidy even during sales time.

Tables in cafe really dirty with dried on food mess. When asked the staff to clean they did so with a dry blue tissue leaving the caked on dirt on the table. When I said don’t you have any cleaning liquid? Lady said no. Then when I challenged she brought some from the kitchen and serving area right next to the dirty tables. Other people were turned away from buying food from the cafe counter as the staff said they could not log onto the till. Staff too busy chatting together rather ham engaged with any kind of customer service. Very poor show given M&S HQ just across the way. Highlighted this to the manager. Let's hope this is addressed

I enjoyed going into m&s edgware road again. I hadn't been for about 5 months. It was nice to see the staff again, friendly and approachable as usual. All in all a lovely experience!

I enjoyed going to Marks & Spencers on Edgware Road, again, hadn't been for a few months. I took my flexicarer, who thoroughly enjoyed it, especially as she had a chicken meal- (yum yum so tasty). Nice to see some of the staff, I already know!
