Love this branch ,good quality clothing with affordable prices. I got lovely summer dresses and school clothing for my kids , love the quality of most of the items . The only thing is that some staff members should be trained for better customer service and being kind.
I was in the store yesterday . There was an amazing lady who worked there named Jen . She was so helpful. This is my second visit to the store and on both occasions the staff were fabulous and so helpful. I live in Enfield but was there visiting friends. Such a wonderful experience . Thank you
Extremely disappointing attitude of a girl who was refusing to accept a card payment. There are actually other similar reviews here so it was not the first time. The young lady made also an offensive question with a racial background. It is true that it was the cash till. It is also true that someone must keep off the alarm from the clothes. I came here many times and I paid always at the same till without issues. I am afraid, this young lady needs to realize that she lost a steady customer today.
Excellent store with some great, competitively priced fashion, including shoes, handbags and dress jewellery. Fantastic for baby clothes and children's clothes, including school uniforms and seasonal fancy dress. Good home wear department for kichen and bathroom wear, along with bedding. Avoid busy times if you are in a rush because queues can get very long.
Shocking customer service for families. No toilets available for customers and when asked about using toilet for a toddler emergency I was told they cannot let you use the toilets because they are not insured to allow customers in there.
Good choice of clothes, mens, womens and children. This store has work wear, casual, and even seasonal. Please be aware that the parking at this store is not free and is pay and display. At time of writing this, it was £1/Hour. Good thing is, you can claim it back if you have bought things in store. The store is located next to wickes. 30 seconds away from Lidl.
Love this shop great for everyday clothes, bedding and household products
There normally very good in here but today they obviously couldn’t be bothered with customers and simple price checks were a bother.
Very dull maybe saving on utility bills Nothing more to say ,could do with re stocked. Plenty foot way on display .
Poor customer service. Had to wait an entire queue for in store shoppers just for an online click and collect order!! Whats the point of click and collect?
