The staff at this Argos location are fantastic. Super helpful and kind! They seem to always have my items in stock and readily available, and are really quick to fulfill online orders.
Excellent customer service in this branch. The second I walked in the door someone asked if they could help, took me to the desk and I collected the item within about 30sec! Very impressed.
Surprised of how such a big brand can have such an incompetent and careless staff. I’ve been asking questions about some products I was going to buy for a total of 1k and they weren’t able to answer any of my questions and they weren’t even willing to try to gather some information to help me suggesting me instead to go check the product specifics on the website. I ended up going to buy all the stuff from Harris’s where I received an excellent customer service :’

Your website and customer service it is a SCAM and rude call centre. Items available for collect the same day are not really available. Never again I will buy from you.
Yesterday I went to Argos to order a fridge freezer and I forgot to add remove the old one I tried to call unfortunately I didn’t get anywhere!I went back to Argos today and the computer was done ! Rose she help me to order it again but Argos charge me for delivery £6.95 !! I Pay it but supposed to be free delivery. If you have any problem just go today shop ask for Ross she’s very nice lady
Amazing service! Didn’t have to wait long at all, was greeted when entering store and I had help from a manager named jubed who was so helpful with helping me make my purchase. Thank you
