Brent Cross Shopping Center anchor store. 3 tastefully arranged floors. Here you can buy clothes, home and kitchen accessories, and furniture. The women's department is successful, with a wide selection of clothes. There is also a small horticulture department, with a selection of plants, tools for gardening, and clothes suitable for working in the garden. On the top floor there is a restaurant and a cafe.
I have been shopping here for 15 years. We spent nearly 300 at the counter of clarins in this store, which caused allergy .We had to go there thrice to return along with the doctors certificate they required. Then the department manager sofi told us that the certificate is not genuine being very rude n making excuses not to return . I was disappointed at the end when I challenged her to call the dr surgery she refunded but after making three journeys all the way from uxbridge to brent cross.
Always a pleasure popping in to see and explore what's new, especially the fragrance department where Jackie and her team are just the best. They really know their products. Check out the top floor where the cafe is. A very lovely space. Car parking is an absolute peach. Enjoy!
High quality department store with exclusive brands Such as Polo, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren etc They always have a very interesting sale if you're able to catch it when it's on good pricing at that time
We had a mothers daughters get-together lunch, which was lovely. The manager was extremely helpful with my 94 year old mother's need and the service was excellent. Professional with a smile. Tasty food.

Spacious space redecorated since COVID. The footfall is minimal. Good lighting. Bond Street closes next year.
I visited Fenwick DIPTYQUE store early today and was helped by a lovely young Lady who’s name I’ve forgotten. The service she gave was fantastic & very kind.
Love Fenwick ,Big brand selection everything nicely organized ,the lady in the toys section was very helpful.
Went in looking for perfume.... waaal great selection variable prices you get what you want. Purchased for my wife and myself. Will recommend anyone going there... friendly staff and helpful did not feel rushed managed to find what we were looking for.. lots of gifts even had samples for other petfumes amd will be buying one of them next...
