I set myself a target to buy a car at the end of the month. I searched websites and dealerships for a car that met my requirements. As a first time buyer,  I wanted a car that was small,  had low insurance, low road tax, low mileage and a small tank.  I found my car on the Citroen used car website and fell in love with it straight away,  even though it's red.  

I decided to visit Robins & Day Edgware with my mum, although we had no appointment and just turned up,  Tan was very welcoming and hospitable.  I had done my own research on the cars available there,  and Tan had confirmed what I had looked at.  He was also able to give us  I did not know,  or understand. 

Ioana also helped us to finish the deal. She took us for the test drive and was very encouraging, especially as I am new on the roads,  she took us to a quiet road where I could test the car.  

Overall,  I look forward to the future business I have with this team.  They are friendly,  down to earth, transparent and very knowledgeable of their field.  They have made the experience of buying a car quite a simple process for me and I am thankful. 

I took away one star as they are currently undergoing refurbishment.. Once completed I'm sure they would be a 5 star branch.

Had the nicest experience of buying a new car with this dealership. Damien B was superb!  Sold me a car that suited without any pressure. Was always available for my stupid questions which were answered with good grace. So recommend this dealership if you want great service oh and a DS3 which I'm quite in love with now.

I was very impressed with the sales person, Iuana, from the very first phone conversation when I explained what vehicle I was interested in, then the follow-up email arranging a test drive and starting the negotiations related to the scrappage option that I wanted to pursue. The sales person clearly explained the car's features during the test drive, then took me back to meet her manager to find a vehicle. We shook on a deal, there and then, and i had full confidence in their ability to deliver. My experience was hassle free, and I was able to focus on my part in the transaction. It was a delight to go back and pick up the new SUV, with a kind gesture on the day. I have only once bought a new vehicle and it was good to be taken through the process in such a professional way. I am thoroughly pleased with the 2008 SUV that I have purchased, the options I have chosen and the way the sale went.

Robins & Day Edgware ....makes buying a car easy. From the moment we walked into the show room the customer service was just on point. The knowledge of the sales woman was outstanding she was personable as well as considerate of our needs and showed us just how the car matched them. 

The finance process was easy and staff did their upmost to ensure I was comfortable with every part of the process.

Honestly this was the 3rd show room I’d visited and would not have bought our car from any other.

I love this Peugeot show room tere are so carving to the customer it not just  about selling cars all lady should  try and go there if looking  for a car l live in sw area be going there for about 8 years very good and Saturday service
