Just had to cancel my booking due to a change in plan. It was dealt with really quickly with no cancellation charges due to notice period I'd given. Have used this firm for years and streets ahead of the larger companies for service etc. Thoroughly recommend them.

The best rates in Northamptonshire. Great selection of vehicles from a small family car to large commercial vehicles. Vehicles are always of a high spec. The staff are friendly and always go the extra mile for their customers. As long as these guy's are in business, I will always give them my custom both personally and for business.

Cheapest place I found to rent a car. Staff were ok but not exactly welcoming. Vehicle was brand new, so all good. I wasn't impressed with the handover, as the guy didn't go through any of tge controls, what to do if I had a puncture or any sort of accident. Fairly typical nowadays - 'we've got your money, get on with it' - customers just seem not to matter!

Great customer service!  On short notice needed to hire a van and Longmarsh saved the day ! Better to drop by and book rather than to book online as it can prove problematic Always better to deal face to face at the counter, customer service for us was top notch! Thanks Longmarsh much appreciated!

Slick operation, booking by phone, checking out the vehicle and then return was all very user friendly. Vehicle was top notch, clean, all functioning, handover and familiarisation really good.

Excellent customer service from the moment I enquired about van rental right through to reception, pick up and drop off. Smooth and easy to arrange. Highly recommended van hire, very reasonably priced and a simple process. Thank you to all concerned.

Excellent service from Dave Burton - I contacted him about an ex-rental van he had for sale and he responded promptly with photos of the vehicle, its documents, and its workshop receipts, and to several follow-up calls for more information.  He was extremely helpful and arranged for the vehicle to have minor faults with tires rectified and a service and MOT before I bought it, and we're very pleased with it.  The condition was just as he'd described in the ads we found in Autotrader and the AA website.  A pleasure to deal with, and Longmarsh have a great selection of vans to choose from.
