Great place to rent cars! I have been a regular customer at the Milton Keynes rental branch, and all of the employees I have interacted with have been friendly and respectful. Very pleased with their service, hassle free.

I called in to the MK branch this morning to rent a van after Hertz let me down. The MK staff could not have been more helpful and had me on my way within 5 minutes.  Great service from a great team and one thing is certain, Hertz won’t be getting any more of my business after this.

If you need to hire a car from Heathrow, I recommend you don’t look past these guys! We came from NZ and before we left I googled for hours looking at reviews and this company was the only one I could find with a high rating and there is a reason why! Yes, they are a little bit more expensive but is it worth it…absolutely! Their cars are good quality and really smart. We loved the car we hired and it was really economical and fitted ALL our luggage in! The professionalism and efficiency was next level! We accidentally left an item in the car and they even dropped it back to us at Heathrow Airport. Kadeisha and Alex, you were outstanding. Thanks so much for everything. Just buy your car online from a stock of thousands and get it delivered here by arnold clark for  local collection.. easy car purchase,  no hassle you can sell them your old car at the same time, then you don't even have to organise a lift to the collection point. And afterwards you can go shopping to any or all of the shops and restaurants in the Kingston shopping area,  where Arnold Clark are situated and.. there is ample Free Parking.. which is why it's always busier here than the city  centre.

I sold my car to Arnold Clark MK today. Hasan made the whole process seem so easy. He has a really pleasant, helpful, genuine personality which helps at such  a traumatic, nervous time. He talked me through the companies costing procedure and helped me to confirm the vehicle service record. The sale price we agreed was fair, and after already tried the Skoda dealership and We Buy Any Car, it was great to meet a genuinely nice guy like Hasan, who made me feel so at ease.

Had to hire a dual control car for my driving test and was luckily able to hire one from these guys the night before my test! Jamie was super helpful and went through everything with me before we took the car. Once we returned, Jaime did enquire how it had gone and was very sympathetic to the fact that I hadn't past this time around. I may have to look at hiring one of the dual control cars again for an hour or so at a time, just to keep up with my driving whilst waiting for my next test
