Based on hires of 2x 7.5 ton Trucks and a Low Loader van from the Finedon depot. July2022 to date. A fantastic bunch of guys. There’s no school like the old school…. Polite, courteous and thorough. They went out of their way to help me and will be my go-to for any van hires when I need one in this area. I have now done 3 round trips to the Highlands of Scotland in either their trucks or vans and none have missed a beat. I cannot recommend Sprint Hire highly enough, and would give them 10 stars if I could.

Reasonable price but disappointed with the service. I hired a van for one night and left my car behind with the keys. At 5.10pm after a very busy day of 8 hours driving I finally got home and realised outside my house I left my car keys along with my house keys with Sprint hire. I called immediately and was transferred to someone. I explained the situation and was hoping to pop back for my keys but the person had no understanding or intention to help and said we are closing at 5pm and no one is in the premise anymore. Why am I  calling now? I should have thought of this before hand! He was not willing to help.  I was left in tears and when I tried to call again he didn't even pick up the phone. So I was left outside my house with my 5 year old child sleeping in the van in a cold weather.  This experience have put me off coming again. Clearly this company don't care for customers specially after 5pm and they showed that they would not go the extra mile if needed. In my case it was a emergency and they showed no sympathy whatsoever.  So my advice be aware to keep your belonging with you so you don't come across similar situations.

Amazing service. I have never received such good care . Was asked if I was going to London to ensure ULAZ wouldn’t be charged. Very clean and new van. Fully thawed and warm at 08.30, muchly appreciated at it was -2! If you need to hire a van, this is the company . Will definitely use again . Thank you very much .

Amazing customer service, they were able to hire me a van at extremely short notice for a really good price! Everything was quick and simple, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely recommend using their Finedon branch
