Gave me a van that wasn’t road worthy. Lights and windscreen wipers didn’t work. I only found this out on the motor way when it got dark and started to rain. So dangerous! Called up and had the worst customer service. Kept saying they would give me a refund but it’s been over a month and I have had nothing. Kept saying they would call me back and they never did. The area manager was supposed to call me on multiple occasions, but never heard off him. I had to completely change my plans, it made moving house so much more expensive, wasted days of my life. I don’t have a problem with enterprise as a whole, but i would avoid this branch.

Good service. Slightly rocky start but all was handled professionally. Roni, Jack, Chloe and another gentleman can't remember his name were very helpful and make it easy to recommend this branch to others.

I broke down on M1 near Watford Gap so AA took me to Newport Pagnell Enterprise Car Hire to pick up a car which I had for 3 days. The staff there were fantastic, the car was clean and ready for when i got there and the whole process was quick and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.

The guys at the Newport Pagnell branch of Enterprise were great. We needed a car quickly and they sorted us out within an hour. Friendly, Informative, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Team Enterprise

I highly recommend Enterprise at Newport Pagnell, they have a great team with a great culture.  Following a recent out of hours breakdown, late on a Saturday evening Keiran was brilliant in getting me a very nice car and setting me on my way. He was helpful, friendly and professional. Over the following days I spoke with Chloe & Jack who were really helpful and cheerful. Finally, I did the hand-back with Vid, who was also a pleasure to deal with.

Rented a large van initially for a week but had to extend it a couple of times. The team made the whole thing easy to do. Well done and thanks to Alex Roni and Jack for all your help. I’ll be back!

Great experience from Newport Parnell enterprise! Speak to Ronny, he sourced me a car and I was away within 1 hour of a reservation coming through from Insurance. Ronny was professional and a great guy to have a laugh with. Showed me around the car like he was selling it to me! Jokes aside he made sure I was comfortable with the car and showed me the gadgets, appreciate that a lot. The branch was busy but he assured  customers and I that we'll be on our way. Next time I’m there hopefully Ronny is Manager!

Vid at Enterprise was very helpful and courteous, would use them again.
