I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their Newport Pagnell branch following an unfortunate car accident, where my insurer arranged a rental for me. The team were incredibly supportive from start to finish and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. They even went above and beyond by collecting me from home, as I wasn’t able to get to the branch in time, which I really appreciated. Jayden in particular was outstanding, very communicative, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. The whole experience was quick, professional, and completely straightforward, with all details clearly explained. I was also provided with a virtually new car, which was a great bonus.

I received an email confirming that my booking had been confirmed. A short while later, I visited the Newport Pagnell Enterprise branch to collect the van. However, the staff told me they did not have the van I had booked. They only had a smaller van available, which was not suitable for my work.nnThe staff explained me rudely that my booking had been made through the sales team or the online booking team, so they were unable to assist me further. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and a complete mess. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise today was very disappointing.

Got a brand new Hybrid Hyundai Tucson from them and it performed nicely and gave 53MPG. car was spotless neat and clean. the staff is well mannered and kind enough to make your rental experience smoother. Drove around MK and to Oxford and Cotswold. Highly recommended for their unmatched service. Regards

Great guys tonight .Tino and his colleague kept me informed all day when they would pick me up and what I needed to bring.nLovely clean car inside and out.Tino went through all the controls with me and put my phone on Car play for Navigation.nVery helpful and polite they wete tonight on the 14/06/2026.nThanks for making my day finish very well.

I done a quote over the phone and when i went to pay the price was much higher- not sure why as the quote was emailed to me but it was stressful trying to get the quote to what it should have been. I then had to change the car to a different one as there was an issue with the tyre pressure and i had to keep putting air in it. Again that was a stressful situation as we was going on holiday the next day.
