I wish I could rate them more. This rating is for the initial interaction I have had with their call centre and their Bedford branch. I live in Stevenage and had a car break down. Always had my car serviced at Barons BMW in Bedford and hence called into the only number they have on the Internet and made a booking for a backup rental from their Bedford branch, as it was convenient. The booking was confirmed and a reference provided.  However, when I reached their office at Bedford, they just sent me back as they did not have a car available. All the way back to Stevenage from Bedford with no car. There is no sync between their sales team and the availability at their branches. And why would the same car cost me a £80 more at your Stevenage branch and lesser if rented from your Bedford branch? When we wanted to fill in the customer review form at their office, we were told by that suit clad gentleman that he would fill it for us (I bet he did not want a negative review) But why? I am the customer here, not him...

Friendly staff. Easy to check in and check out. Price are alright. The only problem is that they don't have much space for parking outside. Everything else is fine.

Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Did not expect the offer of being picked up from home and taken back again.  Excellent surprise.

The service form the  Enterprise Bedford was excellent as usual even letting me print out some important meeting notes I forgot on the way.
