Have dealt with a few different Enterprise locations and this one in Northampton has been the most helpful and polite. Also tried to give a personal touch. Others I have dealt with and kind of just done business and not to its best for the customer, more for their convenience

Staff were extremely helpful in Northampton office. They picked us up and dropped us off and gave us advice and guidance on where to go and what to see. The car we were given was fairly basic but fine and well priced. The only slight problem was it was very crowded when we tried to return the car and we had to wait a bit to get in as parking was limited.

Very efficient - handled all my car hire arrangements without fuss.  I'd have been happier with a better car; I'd have been happier with a cheaper bill.  But overall, the balance was about right.  No complaints here.
