Good experience.  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dennis during my recent rental experience at Enterprise.  The amazing thing is that he can actually communicate in "Cantonese"  Thank you for an excellent rental experience, thanks to Dennis efforts.

I am happy with experience, person handing over  car made sure all information including any earlier damages are covered. I am assured next time booking,I will be provided with good car , as I received compact car. Also receive a upgrade next time.

Fantastic branch after having bad experience with another branch top customer service looked after us in and out quick. Freind rented van

One star is way to much, is the worst ren-a-car company I've used. We rent a car and they charged us twice for the car. The money didn't return to our bank account until 5 working days. In addition to this they charged us £500, for one small scratch in the tire. Avoid this rent a car, go for another one.

Fantastic service as always at the Milton Keynes Northfield branch. Enterprise frequently have the best prices around the country, but it’s always a bonus to deal with staff that actually enjoy customer interaction and want you to leave happy. Kay, Toby and the young woman sorry, I didn’t get your name! on front desk are always solution-focussed, very accommodating and always friendly. I’ve seen them under pressure and that doesn’t change. Thanks guys and thanks for making things easy. Always coming back to this branch on my return trips to the UK.  PS - they’re not paying me to say this .

Absolutely 1st class service provided from start to finish, not just the basic service that should be provided but went beyond to provide 10/10 service! Well done Kay. Kay was amazing! Tobi also was excellent with the interaction I had with him too 10/10! and Simran also. Keep up the good work and excellent service you provide.
