Just picked up my new Yaris today - totally over the moon with it and cannot thank salesman Nick Musto enough - he was brilliant and made sure I got the car I wanted in the most affordable way for me. He then patiently explained all the features on collection day (compared to my old car this is space age!) and topped it all off with a bouquet of flowers for me as a gift from the dealership - thank you so much Nick I will recommend you to everyone.

I highly recommend Listers of Cheltenham, just bought my second car from them and thoroughly satisfied with the trade in deal, was also given a great discount on a new model and with 0% interest on some models in this day and age it's a no brainer. I was guided through the whole transition very professionally by Jake, just one of a very able team. It's not just about the sale with Listers, the after sales care is really amazing on my first car over a year later would get the occasional courtesy call just to make sure everything with the car was still ok thats what I call service and why I've given them a five star rating!!

Very disappointed with level of service for a number of reasons:
Initial overpricing of list price of car
Initial overpricing of monthly payments
We agreed a lower priced delivery package but this was achieved by excluding items without letting us know. We only found this out when we asked.
Provided with the wrong reference number for the 3 day drive away insurance, only established this after spending a long time on the phone trying to get through to Toyota Insurance.
Car not ready for agreed delivery date. We were only given 24 hours notice of non-delivery.
Reason for delayed delivery was that outsourcing company fitting the front sensors had let them down and this would now take an extra 4 days.
Two promised return calls from the Retail Manager regarding 4, 5 & 6 failed to happen. In fact we learnt he had gone home without returning the call.
We are still awaiting the promised compensation.
We were provided with a courtesy car whilst awaiting the delayed delivery of our own car.

A month after Lister said they would review our feedback and would contact us shortly, nothing. Even after we phoned them twice
