Recently purchased a car from Mark at PJ Nicholls and everything was 100% from start to finish. I travelled quite a bit to buy a particular spec of car and their calls and information on their website was spot on and on the day of the transaction to buy the car, it was all very simple and I was able to drive the car away on the day. Everything was in place with all the correct paperwork and the car ready for the road. Nothing was left out. A pleasure to buy from and 5 stars all round.
Called on a Saturday after warning light came on near the end of the long drive down from Liverpool. Despite no one officially working, Liz called me back in seconds to let me know Jamie would check the car over. He did so thoroughly and with great skill, diagnosed the fault, and provided advice and reassurance. Thanks to the selfless actions of the staff our families managed a much needed break at the mop fair without the stress and anxiety we would have suffered without their skill and generosity.
Having limped onto their fourcourt late on a bank holiday with a shredded tire, my wife was able to talk to someone on their web live chat, even though the garage was closed. Super friendly, helpful and reassuring. The person on line arranged for the keys to be left at a shop. They also spoke remotely to the service manager after hours on a bank holiday to make sure he was aware of the situation so could respond immediately when he reopened in the morning. Next morning at just gone 8am I received a call, the parts were ordered and they even loaned me a car until my tires were fitted. Very happy with the quality of the technical service and price. From the first web chat, to the service call, followed by a speedy, quality repair and a super friendly and knowlageble service team its 5 stars from me and my wife.This is definitely our go to garage moving forward.
