The team at Cheltenham Audi - Heritage were extremely helpful and friendly. I was looked after by Sophie who was very professional, proactive and provided me with all the information that I needed for choosing the car. She listened to my needs and gave me a few options to look at. I never felt pressured to buy and was able to test drive a couple of cars which helped me in making the right choice. The experience from start to the finish, which was a literal reveal of my car on the day I collected it, was fantastic and fun! This was down to Sophie and the great team at Cheltenham Audi! Thank you all!
My husband and I hate shopping for cars. We never feel like we’re taken seriously but at Audi Cheltenham - it was a breath of fresh air. All my dealings with Sophie G were the epitome of first class customer service. After 20 years of buying cars - varying manufacturers - I’ve never had such an easy and pleasant experience, as we did dealing with Sophie G. For the first time, I’d recommend a car dealership Audi Cheltenham because of the faultless customer service received. She’s a real asset to your business!
Came in today 25/02/23 at around 11.50 as we are after a Q5 for my wife. I should of listened to someone who warned me about this dealership they purchased a 100k plus car within the last 18 months and since they purchased they have had issues with customer service and the car…. For ourselves we were totally ignored, staff seemed more interested in watching things on there telephones or having private conversations in the corner as you enter the showroom. No one at all spoke to us we tryed to get attention but no interest taken. It has put us off your dealrship and left a bad taste in general about audi. If i could give zero stars i would.
Regrettably, whilst I like Audi, my experience with them has been poor. The car software is the issue. Faulty on a brand new car in Nov 2021, been back easily a dozen times this past year to try to have it fixed no proactive approach by them. They can't seem to fix it. Actually, the update in July 2022 made the car worse that was after 1 day, 2 day and then 4 day services to download updates - now it overrides the sat nav on my phone so that, when plugged in, phone-based sat nav is unusable. The service person acknowledged this when it was demo-ed to them. Since then, because they couldn't reproduce it on their own phones during the service, it must be my phone's fault according to their email to me. And yet, sat nav worked fine before they started fiddling with the car to fix problem number 1 broken SOS functionality, broken personalisation - no login possible? In my opinion, Audi is not a mark of quality any more. A faulty, brand new car that can't even be fixed over the course of a year? If you are reading this then I would suggest you carefully consider whether you want to risk the same headache I've had. The unofficial word seems to be that loads of A3s and a bunch of A1s are the ones suffering. As things stand, I won't be making my next car an Audi.
My car needs fixing tried getting in contact via phone and the live chat feature on the website and was ignored for over a hour, I already made my mind up at that point I was not going to use these for my repairs but thought I'd change my requirements to now wanting to buy a car funny enough someone got into contact with me within 2mins. Poor impression just seems they only care for sales. I wouldn't buy a car from this dealership.
Emailed to inquire about a newly listed car and was told they would email a video out on Wednesday. I emailed in to chase up Friday and was told that they'd had Thursday off, ok everyone can take time off but it's Sunday and still not had an email or details. I'll not be pursuing any further.
We had a great experience with Cheltenham Audi - Heritage. James Longfield handled our purchase and we were very impressed with the quality of service we received. Everything has been done professionally and we felt very appreciated. We did go to other "rival" dealers, but the top customer care we received from James, made the choice very easy. Highly recommended! Thank you, James!
Called Cheltenham Audi after seeing a new car on the audi.co.uk website. Sent a request for details of the car and a call within a few mins. Spoke to Matt who took time to understand what I wanted and what my budget for the car was. Matt took all the details away and back within the hour to discuss the car and costs. It was great that Matt took the time to really understand what I was looking for. I live about an hour away from Cheltenham and Matt reassured me that the sale could be completed remotely. After the purchase I had regular contact from Matt, all my emails were replied to really quick. Also thanks to Andrew for his great service. On collection day everything was ready for me to sign. Matt gave a really good demonstration of the car. Matt also gave us time to check over the car and asked if we were happy. Great experience buying my car there. Would highly recommend them especially Matt Buffry.
Matt was amazing during our visit to Cheltenham Audi today! Managed to sort me out a new Audi A1 when it was looking likely I may not have been able to get what I want. Was very honest throughout our whole visit, very patient and was full of information. Would 10/10 recommend again, can’t wait to get my new car!
Incredible service from Darren, Jonathan and the team at Audi : the whole experience was seamless from start to finish and Darren could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend Heritage Audi to anyone looking to buy an Audi.
