We lease a couple of Golf GTD’s through our business. Called the Cheltenham branch as we needed assistance with one of the cars as the engine management light and all the others were flashing like a Christmas tree. Spoke to the service department for help as we needed the car for an important business trip the following day. Upon listing the faults and asking if we could have a courtesy car I was told that no cars were available for two weeks and didn’t actually get any help concerning the problem. I don’t expect miracles but would of thought as a decent and continued customer I might have got a more positive answer. Very disappointed.

Had two faults with my Golf never fixed either and even took an item from my car which did not belong to them . The receptionist and the woman who saw me were just interested in looking after their nails , the receptionist was more interested in filing her nails than to deal with me , so much for customer service. I had previously been in touch with VW concerning severe condensation on the inside of the windscreen and was informed that a diagnostic test would have to be carried out to find the problem , what did the ` person ` do at Inchcape ? just look inside the car to see if there was any condensation present , these people are a JOKE. Will not go back even if they paid me .

Good communication, took note of my questions and did what they said they would. The car was collected from work and returned washed and vacuumed. Great service.
