good place to view new & used motorhomes but they mark up their stock by quite a lot, hagle and be prepared to walk away or you will get ripped off

We recently purchased a used motor home from Marquis, who we had the impression seemed to be a reputable company. After several delays and broken promises we received the vehicle 3 weeks late. We have been lied to about the work that had to be done on the vehicle, they agreed to replace a mouldy double mattress, of the same type and quality, we were given 2 single mattresses, of cheap inferior quality, which are no good as they are not the correct size and type. Marquis said they had ordered the correct type from the manufacturers, this was a lie and just placed the cheap mattresses in the vehicle hoping we would accept them. They say there is nothing wrong with the 2 singles and will not be giving us a new one. Beware of staff at the Tewkesbury branch, as we have been lied to on numerous occasions. I would not recommend them and have suggested my friends to purchase from elsewhere. Yes it is only a mattress, but when you spent thousands of hard earned pounds you would expect a higher standard of service. I even have to leave 1 star rating, as I cannot post with 0 stars that this company deserves.
