We have always had good service from Bristol Street Motors Cheltenham both sales and service. We are thinking of getting another car.
My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham was positive because they had a number of vehicles in the style I was looking for. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition & prepared well upon collection. The sales service was comprehensive, not pushy & clearly explained the options. I have used Bristol Street Ford Cheltenham for years and have always been very happy with the service.
Have purchased many cars before but the service from this business was outstanding. David Stevenson and the business managers were perfect in every way. I now know my first port of call for car buying in the future. Look no where else.
Very good comunication until I bought the car, a kia carens 7 seater and almost 0 after the sale was complete. I never thought that a car purchased from such a big company will come without any mats and parcel shelf, that will cost me £200 or at least to be mentioned that the car comes without. Also I was told that the car will come with full service, the book has only one stamp from 2018. The car was advertised as having tyre pressure monitoring and HAC, but is no sign of this. I sent an email regarding all this 3 days ago and no reply. I will probably return the car, poor service, very disappointed with my experience.
If I could give 0 I would.. found a car on auto trader from this dealership a focus zetec s , it was a 2015 model so not new but was described as immaculate and to be fair the bodywork was. It was a two hour plus drive for us each way which they knew about.. but I thought being a ford main dealer I had no worries about the quality of car I would be purchasing. Turned up to view the car and was happy with the bodywork so took it for a test drive, we noticed after 10 mins temperature was up and down so pulled over and investigated to find that the water expansion tank was bubbling which if I'm not mistaken I'm no mechanicis a common problem on the 1.6 tdci engine which is a suspected head gasket/cracked block issue Which to me shows there secondhand cars are not checked properly. This car was supposedly serviced and moted which makes me even more nervous about there standard of checks. We returned the car and informed the sales person dave of the issue to which he looked shocked.. but we have since been informed from this dealership he then went and sold the car to another customer later that day!! Absolutely shocking standards from a ford dealership!
The team and Dennis in particular were quick to respond, informative, explained every step clearly and even drove me to the sales room to sign everything and delivered the car to my house when it was ready
My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham was cracking because Michael was very good at his job and was very helpful describing everything.
Great experience from start to finish. The buying process was really smooth and easy. Dennis Gusevs was really helpful and professional and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying.
Just purchase a used Ford kuga the service I received was excellent the salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions would recommend this dealership to anyone. More than happy with the car
As always excellent customer service and help. I had my new used vehicle serviced and a new spare key made along with a repair to the indicator wiring - this was all done professionally and they couldn't do enough for me. I will continue to use them for all things as I have for the last 8 years.
