I have had the most amazing experience here buying my new Mini. My Sales executive Toby Elliott made every single step of the way fun, excitable, clear and understandable. I told Toby what I was looking for and within seconds he had just the thing. He went above and beyond with his service to me and constantly kept a me updated throughout the process. Any questions I had he could answer, anything i was confused about he would ensure he explained in a fun and enjoyable way. Full of energy and determination I highly recommend going through him for your Mini purchase. Amazing! I walked out with my new Mini feeling completely satisfied.

Looking around their used cars (Minis) we were greeted by a lovely young lady who took down details of what we were looking for and wasn’t pushy. We were then assigned Louis who was absolutely magnificent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Again, not pushy. Test drove a couple of cars and ended up buying one. We part exchanged my other car and got a very fair price for it. Louis’s after care was excellent too when I had a couple of queries. The building is amazing and the cars inside and out are all laid out well; not squashed in. There is a relaxed atmosphere in there, oh and the coffee and pastries were gorgeous!

Nice dealership. Dealt with the purchase of our bmw i3 well. Nice to have a free coffee and pastry while waiting. Also it’s nice that they have some old classics here to have a look at.

What a fantastic and effortless experience I had with the Cotswold Cheltenham MINI branch. The fantastic facility and professional staff welcomed me into the MINI family. The car was immaculate and presented in the stunning handover bay. The café was a lovely touch with delicious fresh pastries. Thank you.

Visited dealership just before closing time, nobody really interested in talking to me. Promised to come back to me by email following day and didn't. I purchased a car 5-6 days later from Sytner Cardiff who's service was outstanding.
