Audiology Department. They are supper friendly staff. The only complain is that is almost impossible to get to talk to someone in the department to get an appointment being a customer already I can get appointments with them directly without going to the GP they used to have a voice mail but no one was getting back on my multiple times across different years /months, voice mail is gone now. 4 years have passed and I'm still awaiting for the tinnitus department to call me for an appointment, I have emailed them as well... No luck. I guess as all NHS short of staff. Where are those promises from that previous minister about investing the money 4million pounds that was being sent to Europe to be invested in NHS instead? Blah blah blah as usual empty promises.
Don't want to give a star! You have been lying in the emergency room for a whole day without any examination, and you have not informed anyone about the transfer. Finally, the patient died, and you are murder!
Really poor attitude from the staff. Supposedly professional but yet to see that. This is the worst department I have dealt with by far and do not take their patient's welfare into account.
Always good, helpful clear, friendly. As with rest of NHS switchboards and reception are understaffed with appointments databases and telephone systems that are crude and badly maintained - but, hey, very few contacts databases are well maintained or usable anywhere.
I have attended several appointments here over the years and haven't had the best service to be honest. I didn't write a review but my last appointment deserves to be acknowledged. My appointment was with the audiologist named Matthew. He was polite, professional and on time! I am the happiest I have ever been with my new hearing aids. They are comfortable and not whistling. They seem to fit the best ever. Thank you Matthew.
