This is the worst doctors surgery ever. It truly amazes me that a receptionist thinks they can diagnosis you and tell you that you don't need to see a doctor over the phone. I'm sorry but when did you go to university and qualify as a doctor. I don't understand why I need to tell a receptionist my personal health issues and for you to then tell me that there is nothing a doctor can do. This surgery us the worst

0 -not even a star if there was minus stars that is what I would have chosen. We working people have to take a day off to make an appointment. At least let us make an appointment for the next day. Other GP allow working people to make appointments for the next day. All i was told to call the next day for next day appointments. As we start again. Or go to the walk -in center and sit for 5 hours.

This place is beyond awful. More odds winning the lottery than getting an appointment when u need one. Doctors inconsistent and don't really look at your records. Wrong tablets given. Wrong blood test taken. Just a complete shambles. I had to change docs to the his hell hole due to moving. Horrible place....
