The staff here are very patient,professional and understanding. I really believe that what you tell them(within reason) is regarded by them as confidential. They're all women. So many men would be embarrassed talking about things that are very personal. There's no need to be because they are not judgemental in dealing with patients. All things considered i rate them very highly. One problem is that the waiting room is unbearably hot. It was to me anyway.

The receptionist was rude , they were still open (walk-in session ) for another hour but she refused to let me in . She doesn't know the stuff they provide .  Telling me I have to come to as soon as they open what a lazy cow !

Waited for my turn for 2 hours and another extra hour for the results. Two stars only for the other staff that are very friendly and do not forget their patients who are waiting.
