Absolutely disgusted by the telephone interaction thus morning in trying to book a blood test. I am a cancer patient and blood tests were requested by the oncologist. In trying to obtain an appointment I was told I can have no confirmation text or email. When I asked to speak to a manager.. a full refusal was given and I was told any appointment booked would be cancelled. This is the reason our NHS is in disarray because individual foreign nationals like the lady I spoke to refuse to practice calm and tact!

THIS REVIEW IS MORE OF RECEPTION/ADMISSION TO WEXHAM A&E. Reception/admission to A&E horrible. 02:20 came in with broken knee + relocated bone. Reception made me wait for 4 hours sitting on a hard bench. Around 06:30 told me the appropriate department will be open at 07:00. "Doctor" will see me around 08:00. Heartless butcher from reception could have told me that at the moment of admission so I can go home and come back at appropriate time. Instead, decided to sadistically keep me waiting to the point where I was ready to go home and chop the leg off. Please, employ someone with at least half a brain to do reception work in that sort of environment. Why "GP's" on duty don't take charge and priorities patients? Someone with a cough can surely wait longer then someone with broken bones? When the surgeon finally came in he apologized and said this should have never happened. And, that's probably it. No lesson will be taken from this situation. Had to have the surgery done on the knee. Once already on the bed at the right ward everything was smooth. Surgeon seem 5/5 (next x ray will show if everything is put in right inside the knee I guess). Anesthesiologist 5/5 Ward nurses 4/5 (spoke to 4 of them: 3 very nice, 1 arrogant) Orthopedic department staff 4/5

Great thanks for the Cardiac Angiography Department. In particular for Doctor Tom Wong and his team for successful EP Study / Ablation, and for all medical staff and nurses for caring and care. Thank you with all my heart.

ARE YOU ILL ? DO YOU HAVE A DISEASE ? PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT GENES ARE NOT THE CAUSE..BUT FUNGAL INFECTION..EASILY CURED GOOGLE " BARBARA O'NEILL THE TRUE CAUSE OF DISEASE " BELOW IS MY EXPERIENCE..THE HOSPITAL DOCTOR WAS SURPRISED !! PLEASE DO NO LONGER SUFFER FROM CANCER ..BUT GOOGLE "DR SIMONCINI " AND FOLLOW HIS EASY,CHEAP,PAINLESS PROTOCOL..I THANK GOD THAT I DID..HE ADVISED FOR FREE ON CHRISTMAS DAY...INCREDIBLE GUY GOD BLESS
