The apartment was perfectly located with a beautiful seaside view and close to the center and restaurants! It was walking distance to all the main attractions and to the drop off point for the boat trips! The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable! We felt like we were in a home away from home. was also very helpful and supportive, making sure we had a good stay and smooth taxi transfers to and from the airport. We would highly recommend and we loved it !

The one star is only to allow me to post this review, it doesn't even deserve that. Take our advise don't go, it was filthy. I have never given anywhere such a bad review. This is honestly the worst place I have ever stayed. We actually only stayed one night, and that was because everywhere in the city was full because of a football match. I cannot express enough how awful it was. The beds in our apartment were ready for the skip, the mattresses were badly stained, and collapsing. The bed bases were barely holding the mattresses off the floor, floors were sticky underfoot, no way you would have taken your shoes off, and there were lots of questionable marks on the walls yeuck. The sofa was torn, the shower tray chipped, and the stale cooking smell was disgusting. They did, somewhat reluctantly give us a different apartment which was a slight improvement but not enough that we could be persuaded to stay for the duration of our trip. They operate at high occupancy and in my opinion don't care if you are not happy. No customer service, defensive responses to our complaints, and couldn't even make the effort to visit the apartment to see what we were talking about. We ended up at The Nadler, which was fantastic. L3 has great views, which is the only decent thing about it, if you get at a room at the right side of the building, but no view in the world could compensate for the standard of accommodation. I am now having to get back in touch with them as they have not refunded my money correctly, and I suspect from our experience that this will not run smoothly.
We are staying for 3 nights and had to track down the Landlord when we arrived, as there were no check in details provided prior to arrival. The hand towel in the kitchen is filthy with stains all over it and crusty, There are 4 tea bags and 2 sugars for 2 of us for 3 days, this was supposed to be included. The only 2 pillows in the bedroom are old, flat and lumpy. The windows don't open in the bedroom and it gets hot . VERY disappointed with this booking.
Avoid at all cost. I have contacted this company numerous times about a refund due to the governments travel restrictions the Covid-19 situation. Their reply was that the apartment was still available for our booking mid May. I find this ridiculous with the restrictions in place. I have requested proof of my booking via email 3 weeks ago and have asked for it twice again since. No one has replied to me in 3 WEEKS.
Right s***hole. Stayed here a year or so back. Staff were rude and burst into our room with security saying we needed to pay other half while my Mrs was getting dressed. Bed was half broken. Not as it looks at all. Needed a code to get in toon, no reception taking payments in a seedy room not swanky apartments that you would think. Maybe it's changed a bit now but I wouldn't go back to find out.
Excellent location! A beautiful & well equipped apartment overlooking the Princes Docks. QE2 was our view as well as being eye level with the giant liverbird. So much nicer than a hotel.
I would deffo stay here again. It was huge, clean and had a great balcony with a great view. Not sure if everyone will have an apartment as nice as mine but good luck. The only issue were the patio door didn't quite close properly and I couldn't find an ironing board.
Stayed here twice now and its just lovely! the balcony is pretty huge for a city apartment and the view of the liver building and the waterfront is just stunning. we just sat on the balcony taking in the busy city below and looking out at the water and it was amazing. it was very clean, and we actually met one of the cleaners and she was lovely and very hospitable and asked us if we needed anything else. we loved how there was bits in the cupboards like coffee and tea and all the essentials. would definitely recommend!
Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable - just a few wear and tear repairs needed but that didn't affect our time there
