Great hotel, staff were super welcoming and helpful. The building itself is glorious. Due to such a quick stay/turnaround I didn't have a chance to really appreciate it. The room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi fast. Definitely coming back.
I can not praise this hotel enough. Extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. I was on my own with my little 7 month old which can be challenging and everyone made it such an easy and lovely experience. The whole staff were amazing including Maisie and Jamie! Would definitely come again and highly recommend!
Great location. Very nice rooms. The staff are good—clearly part of the Marriot group which has such good customer service. The restaurant and bar area are beautiful and the food was good. The decision to make the lobby ‘fun’ and modern seems to be a bit off the mark compared to the classy modernity of the restaurant-IMHO.
A wonderful old building brought back to life. All hotel staff we encountered were excellent fully focused on giving us the best possible service at such an incredible difficult time for all. Will be staying again.
