A great hotel and highly recommend for staying over to visit Liverpool especially if you are a Beatles fan, the lobby aesthetic and music is great! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great experience!
Stayed here for for my girlfriends birthday and she had a lovely time, front of house staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. breakfast was really nice .. everyone sticking to covid guidelines. We did notice some dried on toothpaste in the bathroom unfortunately but that's the only negative to mention!
The room was really nice and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was a major disappointment. The bacon was disgusting, smelly and BLACK like it had been left off the fridge for days. Also the eggs were really undercooked. It would otherwise have been a great experience
For all Beatles fans it's a must. Theme bedrooms or suites available. Helpful and friendly staff
