My son and I are on our first trip to Scotland we were going to do some hiking but the weather was just not right. Late Tuesday night tired and all the camp parks closed we called a few hotels. Only one that had a room was kings knoll and we were lucky for that. Arrived around 9 pm and meet with the inn Keep Tom so nice, welcomed us like family. Went to pay and he said you both look tired we can settle up in the morning. We stayed in room 6 twin beds, nice and clean. Beds comfortable, shower has electric water heater so great hot shower. Wi-Fi fantastic and to our surprise breakfast was included with our stay. Great food and fantastic view. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

Traveled 4 hours booked in room ok bit small booked room with breakfast wasnt told what time if any when breafast was we were given 8 bits of toast an coffee not goo

Nice hotel. A little old fashioned. Very clean. Good breakfast and lots to choose from. Has parking which is hard to find locally. Would be very happy to stay again.

Very nice place. Tom and Kenna are lovely people. Room we had was excellent and great views.

Food was really good.

Definitely worth another visit

Lovely hotel reasonably priced lovely big breakfast ....only negative is its on a slight hill ...but does give magnificent views of Oban bay .
