Such good service from the friendly staff, the 5 stars are for them. It was extremely busy and they remained professional and attentive throughout our visit. Thank you most kindly.

I can't give more than 3 star just because of the painful slow service. Waited over 45min for food to come back which was Luke warm. The food was well presented and I had no complaints about taste from the 4 people I was dining with. Ordered 4 deserts and it took a staggering 60 min to come back just before we were ready to cancel and leave. I need to point out that we dined at 3.30pm between lunch and dinner so I dare to say what its like during these times.To sum up if you have plenty of time to waste but want a decent meal then this is your place. If your here for a quick bite go somewhere else.

Always a good quality meal, good beers, comfortable atmosphere,regular changes to menu, complete a customer satisfaction survey and you get regular special offers. All round satisfactory eating experience, well on par with Marston's 2-4- one food pubs nationally.

Good quality food with a 2 for 1 discount with affordable beverages. Definitely come here for a meal with some family or friends.
