In terms of Location, it is one of the best hotels located in the very centre of the city, near to the train station and adjacent to the city centre shopping mall named Union Square! Breakfast is great as well! The only thing is that the rooms can be more cosy if they are renovated soon! Otherwise it offers a great stay at the city centre, near to malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
The room is lovely - but I was disappointed when discovered the single ply toilet paper.nThe view of Aberdeen city from my window is lovely, but really?! Single ply toilet paper, cmon. This ain’t travelodge.nI would come back, I liked the spaciousness, but I’m bringing my own toilet paper.
We spent 2 nights here. Conveniently close to bus and rail stations just a couple minutes walk. Entrance to the hotel is in the mall, first floor, there is plenty of signage for guidance.nnThe room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A bit of a high step to get into the tub shower combo I'm short.nnFront desk professional. They held our bags for a couple hours after we checked out.nnWalking distance to many sights as well. Will stay here again if I come back
The location of the hotel is great for access to the city centre and the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the general condition of the rooms and other areas of the hotel were unclean and outdated and there was musty smell in the room. The hotel definitely has potential, but much refurbishment is necessary.
Clean, tidy and very comfy bed. Only 2 problems, the soap in the bathroom is too high and my sister couldn't use shower as she's disabled and couldn't get in Bath. Staff were very helpful, there is left luggage and on our floor there was an ice machine. T.V, kettle, tea and coffee etc in rooms and even though view wasn't for everyone, there was a lovely big window and you can open the window a bit to air the room as well as having air conditioning. I much prefer having a window to open so very happy
