I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen for three nights and loved it. I had been to Aberdeen before, and knew what a great location it was - the location was amazing, literally at Union Square with the trains, buses, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to step outside the hotel and have everything at your fingertips. Easy to walk everywhere, and get on the train for a day trip to Stonehaven. Very comfortable beds, great shower. You could tell it was an older hotel, but it was clean, and very comfortable.. I booked an executive king room so that I could have a mini fridge, and it came with the most awesome view. My only issue was that I was near the doors coming from the lift, and they banged every time someone came off the lift. Also, my room had only one window, rather than two, but the view was a five star. Minor issues during a fantastic stay. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel; and if I'm lucky enough to get back to Aberdeen, I will definitely stay here again. Did i mention the view from the room??!
Only popped in past for a wee pint before catching the bus home. Staff are lovely, service is great. The bar area is a peaceful spot has a great view and we will pop in again.nWe have stayed in hotel before....it is really nice and central.
Great hotel ideal location for bus and train stations. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast. Room suffered from lack of power points only one near beds and no USB ports at all .
Overall the location was excellent - loved that it was located in the transport station as well as a mall. Area was walkable and safe. The rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. I had no issues really during my stay.
well i got to say friendly staff and rooms are fine so far, location in shopping mall 1st floor near all food courts and cinema. my room comfy double warm enough in room plenty teas and coffee including herbal caffeine free although i would suggest semi skimmed milk uht as well as whole milk. maybe a biscuit like most hotels do along side brewing stuff. other than this i will stay again rates are more than reasonable. check out times are fair. ordered room sevice adding extra to review as sat here eating 8oz ribeye peppercorn sauce and salad absolutely yummy cooked how i like to perfection which is not been done at other establishments i like steak well done my preference. ordered tomato juice and icecream for afterwards.
