A friendly welcome by all the staff. We were given a free upgrade on arrival. Bedroom and bathroom was large, clean, modern and comfy. Thanks to Paul and staff for going the extra mile by popping out to buy matches to light candles on my sons birthday cake!!
Had a lovely meal with the family at the Copthorne Hotel my family were visiting me from Glasgow. The food was delectable and our waitress was simply delightful and made our dining experience that much better that I honestly can't say anything negative about my experience here. Bravo!
Last minute booking on a cold Sunday night,Natalie was extremely friendly and very professional. A credit to the Hotel. Lovely room ,great location and friendly staff. Definitely will be back.
Great location in the city centre. No parking however multi storey directly opposite so no parking issues.nLovely rooms, friendly staff.nBreakfast was amazing.nWill definitely stay again.
We stayed for one night at this hotel. The room was very spatious, bathroom was clean and had loads of counter space for the toiletries which I like.nThe only negative for me was that we opted to add breakfast £11 per person but we were a bit disappointed. Selection was decent, nothing special, but there was a never-ending queue at the only coffee machine. We ended up having to look for coffee somewhere else.nBut all in all we had a good night's sleep and the hotel is modern and clean.
