The room was nice, the bathroom needed to be checked over as I found a few hairs in the bath and around the sink in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, massive room. It was a perfect location as it isn't far from Union square. Staff were so helpful and kind
Stayed here for a short time and I have to say, it won't be my last.nnFood - Great. Especially loved the breakfast.nnRooms - Nice and large.nnCity Centre location - we were so close to everything, we got our steps in daily. And saved a good few quid on transport.nnA special mention to Anna, I think she's a manager there, the young woman was very helpful and considerate. You have a top employee there Premier.nnKeep up the good work.
The rooms are ok, but the air con doesn't work well.nnBreakfast is an absolute rip off. No proper vegan options for continental. You can basically have toast.nnOrdered dinner one night and it was rubbish. Lukewarm, small, and just not very good at all. Very overpriced too.nnI changed dates and they took the opportunity to charge me more.
Nice clean rooms friendly staff what you would expect from a premier inn enjoyed our stay again. Morrisons couple mins away cafe bad cold and tasteless. Free phone in reception for taxi waste of time called twice waited 30 mins no show plenty other you can call nothing to do with hotel
Rooms are a bit basic but for what you pay thats alright, quick easy check in, hotel is walking distance from quite a few food places, and other good things.
