We picked the premier inn because we have found the stay always to our satisfaction. The staff were very friendly and helpful.nThe room that we had was on the ground floor from which was excellent for my wife who has poor mobility and the bathroom had plenty of handrails to pull yourself up or even just steady yourself as with the alarms if you did happen to fall you could call for help.nOn our next trip we will definitely ask for the same room.nOur only grumble was a water leak in the bathroom that by the looks of it has been ongoing for a while that's why we only gave it 3 stars.
Super cold room on arrival. Gave me a radiator. Warmed over 3 hrs. Psrking wasn't possible there in a snug car park. Don't sit by windows for the breakfast - draught. Breakfast good. Room v clean.
Very good location, walking distance to city centre and all the amenities. Clean quite spacious rooms, car park and cosy restaurant.
For a Premier Inn, budget hotel! This was a very nice hotel, rooms were a good size and as expected very clean, we booked breakfast which was generally good, the unfortunate thing was the black pudding tasted horrible as was kinda mushy.nThe evening meals I couldn't fault at all.nThe Staff were all really pleasant and polite.nWould definitely stay here again.
The room was nice, the bathroom needed to be checked over as I found a few hairs in the bath and around the sink in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, massive room. It was a perfect location as it isn't far from Union square. Staff were so helpful and kind
