We were traveling to Aberdeen for a family occasion. Hotel tired looking from outside, but once we stepped inside we could not fault place or staff. All staff very pleasant nothing was too much bother. Our room was spotless as was the bathroom too. We were happy to just have fresh towels daily only but Housekeeper who was on duty on 10th-14th April cleaned the room to high standard as well as leaving clean towels we were in Room 201We ate in bar the 3 nights we stayed food was typical simple food but freshly made and hot too. Breakfast was great too always being replenished and on arrival at breakfast each morning we were asked is there anything you want from kitchen. In every occasion when eating in hotel we were always asked if we had any allergies. This was a big plus in my books I frequently asked for pint glass with ice for my water bottle to keep it cool staff were always pleasant and happy to supply this no matter how busy they were. When checking out we were offered coffees or teas to help us with the 4 hour journey we had to get home. Every single staff member were pleasant helpful and happy to have a chat while conducting their duties. A big shout out to Alisha too who works every weekend due to child carenWe will defo return to this Hotel in future and would highly recommend it too.nThe only small problem is car park space very sparse we were lucky to get parked in Disabled Bay due to myself having health issues but this would not stop us reurting
Disgraceful hotel . Dirty manky and bogging. Avoid at all costs. Worst premier inn in the whole of United Kingdom. If could give zero I would. Worst hotel in the whole United Kingdom. Imagine staying in a hotel thinking you are safe and someone walks into your room when dnd sign is on. Disgusting premier inn. Police Scotland have been notified
Very quiet premier inn. Hardly any noise. Lovely helpful staff. Room was usual premier inn standard but looked like it had been decorated a while ago…..it was very basic unlike some of the newer ones I’ve stayed in. No electric sockets near the head of the bed, so couldn’t have phone on charge and also on the small bedside table. The breakfast was ok but not as good as I’ve had in other premier inns. NO haggis either which was very annoying
I don’t know why but I like Premier Inns, the guaranteed good nights sleep offer. The excellent comfy beds and quiet rooms. The excellent value buffet breakfasts.nnHard to beat for value to money. It’s rare to find a crap one.
East check in and check out. Tea in room.nRoom 141: The tv remote only worked when stood/sat in front of it.nNo working extractor fan in the bathroom.nTap sprayed water that went everywhere unless on at a trickle.nThe heating didn’t work at all. It was ‘fixed’ while we were out but it still didn’t function.nWe were given a different room but the keys didn’t work so we had to go up and down 3 times before we were given another room, where the keys worked.nRoom 224: more spacious, everything worked with some nice effects like purple back lighting behind the bed.nOverall, wouldn’t recommend.
