The hotel is located in an excellent spot, close to everything and right next to an alley with great pubs and restaurants. The service is excellent. There was always someone on desk and always attentive and with a smile. The breakfast is very good, so is the restaurant and bar. The room is what you expect from a budget hotel, small and with only the basics, but the bed was very comfortable and the view was great. I highly recommend.
Great value hotel in good location. Lovely clean fresh room with adequate facilities. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff and a great buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays. Will use again in the future.
Central location and everything in walking distance.nOverall the hotel is a bit older style Ibis. Could have some renovation.nArrival was not welcoming, really not friendly at all. No smile no talking nothing. Felt like I was not welcome at all thank god rest of the days the reception was really nice guy who was very friendly!nnBreakfast is very basic uk style breakfast so do not expect miracles. It will fill you up anyhow
I had a fantastic stay at the ibis hotel in Aberdeen. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which really made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a great central location, perfect for getting around Aberdeen and close to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Excellent value for money and a consistently high standard of service throughout. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend ibis Aberdeen to anyone visiting the city.
Great value for money, location was perfect for us as the hotel was surrounded by shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and bars within walking distance, clean room and comfortable bed and lovely service from staff. We stayed for our anniversary and they welcomed us with a kind note, chocolates and welcome drinks for us! This was so thoughtful and really made our stay more enjoyable! Thank you Ibis team! We’ll be back!
