I checked in last evening- Alexander was so helpful in reception- warm, welcoming and very helpful.nLater I had an electric outlet concerns and Steven came right up to my room and got This IBIS feels cosy and very welcoming and folks go out of their way to be helpful. I like that the hotel is situated right in central Aberdeen close to transport. Looking forward to breakfast! Thanks Alexander and Steven for making a tired senior feel at home !!

Birthday treat for my 60th a trip to Aberdeen and a hotel stay with family at the ibis hotel . Hotel is perfect no complaints with anythingnMy room is basic but very clean and comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities are excellent . Breakfast so far was great and no complaints there more than I expected to choose from. Loving my 1st stay at the Ibis and would definitely come back
We turned up and they couldn't find our booking. We'd booked on another night!nThe member of staff sorted us out. She also gave us a view if the Harbour.nThe bed was fine the room was fine.nClean and tidy.nThere was a bit of road noise early in the morning.
Staff are so friendly here. Really make you feel welcome and cannot do enough to help. Bed and pillows all very comfy. Room is perfect for a couple of nights. Cannot fault anything and again the staff being so nice makes all the difference. A very warm welcome. Thank you for a great stay.
