Marvellous accommodation. Beds fantastic, as I have back problems I appreciate a great bed. Very well equipped rooms with complimentary tea coffee and water along with a selection of snacks inclusive of the room price. Fridge also in rooms. They have thought of everything in the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, face cloth, body lotion, bar of hand soap and shower cap. I have stayed there overnight a few times and never disappointed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and pleasant although the bathroom was quite tatty. We only saw one member of staff at reception but she was pleasant and helpful. Car parking was no problem but seems to be in a public car park that is quite small. Not sure there would be enough space if the hotel was fully booked. Decent location and easy to get to. 45 mins walk into the town centre. We didn't eat or drink there so can't comment on that.

Stayed at this hotel a few times now, but my most recent stay was a complete let down. Hotel itself is set in a quiet residential area of Aberdeen, and from outside doesn’t look appealing. But inside this changes. Interior decor and style was expected for oil city accommodation. Rooms are spacious and clean, as are the communal areas. Where the hotel failed dramatically since my last stay was the food quality. Out goes the menu and picturesque meal at the crossroads conservatory and in comes the dry unappetising buffet. This may have attracted the local old buddies looking for the week stock up but for a hotel of this calibre i consider this totally unacceptable. (Even the staff agreed and was apologetic of the quality of food on display). Hotel schedule claims orders for food up to 8:45 but with a few loose chips in the trays at 8:30 suggested this wouldn’t be a wise decision. I’m actually still trying to figure out how room service can be fulfilled buffet style? Basically what used to be a nice hotel has now turned down a few stars. If your looking for a good sleep and buffet breakfast this is the place. If your staying a few nights and require dinners stay here at your peril.

Decent enough bar and restaurant. You know what you'll get at a Best Western - good good at reasonable prices. I will be back.

Would give a 6* if possible. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are immaculate. Cleaning service everyday. A MASSIVE hand out to Colin who made a massive effort behind the scenes to help us. Great hotel all together
