My daughter had her third birthday party at Jungle Town. It went very well, all the guest's had a great time playing and singing. The party bags and lunch boxes provided were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble to ensure the best day! I would definitely recommend Jungle Town as a party venue.
We had a great birthday party here and have visited on several occasions for free play. Our two boys aged 4 and 1 absolutely love it here, the area, toys and play set ups are imaginative and really lets the kids come up with their own stories and okay or just run around in circles like lunatics, that works too. Also friendly and helpful staff who made our 4 year old's birthday party very special.
We were staying locally on holiday, and I brought my 15 month old to Jungle Town quite a few times, as we were so close by and it was a great way to let him charge around. As a parent I really liked the themed role play element - most children's facilities boil down to a room full of toys, which is fine as it goes. However JT is a far more interesting take, allowing for really imaginative play. At my son's age the themed element was probably largely lost on him, but I'm sure it would be fun for much older children because of it. For his part he absolutely loved it, exploring all the areas and getting stuck in. None of the toys were too old for him, and I felt equally happy sitting back and letting him get on with it, or playing with him. It was never very busy when we're there, though I assume that varies quite a lot depending on the season and day. The price was a slightly mixed bag. The "per visit" seemed pretty high at £5.30, but I bought a month long pass for £15 which I think represents a far better deal - we were only in the area for a week and I still feel like we got good value as we went back so often. I hope this type of play centre becomes more common. If I lived in the area I reckon I'd be camped out there most of the time...
Today my nephew had a party booked at jungle town in Stratford starting at 10am and finishing at 12. When we arrived it was all locked up- we tried for 2 hours to contact the owners. One failed to pick up her phone and the other fobbed us off saying the other owner would ring- she didn’t. We had 20 very disappointed children. Avoid this place at all costs!! We’ve had no explanation as to why this has happened. Stratford Garden centre were absolutely brilliant providing drinks, ice creams and toys for the children plus hot drinks for the adults!! Jungle town, you’ve lost a lot of future custom
If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional staff left my friends son without a birthday party. Nobody bothered to inform them that the party would not be going ahead so 20 children and their parents were left waiting outside a locked building for 2 hours. The phone was put down on them by one member of staff and other calls were rejected. They deleted their Facebook page so we could not leave negative reviews and have since deleted their reviewing system altogether. Avoid at all costs to save disappointment
They hosted our child's birthday party and it was all fantastic. The staff helping with the party were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
My friend booked a birthday party today for her son and 20 children from 10-12 when they arrived it was all locked up after two hours of phoning one owner stated the second owner would ring.they never did and completely ruined that little boys day. Avoid jungle town at all cost.if I could rate it nothing I would .shame on you ju gle town !!!!
This place is a true gem. My 18 month old absolutely loved it & happily played for an hour and half moving from little themed area to another. It was clean, safe and the staff were lovely.
Lovely and clean with friendly staff. Good selection of activities for children to play including a shop, hospital, house, kitchen, dress up, and reading areas. Can get quite full so make sure to book ahead or get there early.
Great imaginative play for children, plenty of toys and play areas. We hired the room for aged 2 years party helpfull staff and good value.
