Lovely home with a friendly welcome and we had an amazingly detailed talk in the second room (the dining room/kitchen) by a very friendly lady. The house is very interesting and you can walk through at your own pace. It is primarily dedicated to Dr John Hall and focuses on his medical advancements/achievements with anecdotes of his interactions. The small garden is well kept and nice to sit down in, with a small grassy area that children could run around in. Although we didn't go to the café, it was a substantial size and had an array of options.

A very nice house and lovely garden. Well worth a visit. Also visit the other Shakespeare attractions. Buy the ticket for all 5.

It's okay. Worth a visit if you're in the area or a bit of a history buff. Got lots of props, but could do with more stories.

This was a surprise. It was really interesting and although it was connected with Shakespeare it was about medical history. The comments seemed to suggest that the treatment wasnt as barbaric as I had believed. Very interesting visit.

Shackespear's Daughter and her husband's house. They had only lived here for 3 years and house used for many different purposes; as an inn, a school for girls and even as a party house after 1950s. Winston Churchill was one of the guest of these parties. If you want to hear more, you can listen from the professional Guides which comes free with your ticket. Interesing place to visit
