Great to use for short trips into Stratford and staying under an hour is free. Just reads your plate on the way in and out and if you are der an hour you don’t need to visit the pay machines at all. The Tourist Information is right outside if you need that.
This is very well lit, car park , good size spaces and marking. However, it's not good that rough sleeping is allowed in the stairs, rubbish everywhere. The charges should be for full safety of vehicle and owners, my wife did not feel safe walking in the stairs, are we supposed to use the ramps?. This has been going on for 6+ months already.
Well situated multistorey- always use when visiting Stratford. Easy access to shops, park and river. Vehicle Registration Number Plate Recognition Parking, so not limited to prepaid ticket time, no app to have to download to pay by and no ticket to chance loosing. Information Centre next to carpark exit, handy for tourists.
Place was empty didn't seem a good place to leave my car but it was ok during the day. The stair well I used to exit was clearly used as a public toilet get a grip owner and use jeyes fluid to improve the smell.
Outside ground floor parking as well as multi storey. Large signs stating charges. Pay on return. Easy to find and use.
