Build and plumb, part of the JT dove group, have not refunded us for a returned item that was delivered damaged ~ £400.nnRefund requested 9 Dec.nnUpdate: a refund has now been issued. No apology given by build and plumb for initial failure to refund 9 Dec to 21 Jan.

I have had 2 deliveries now to my home with garden products and both drivers have been polite , friendly and placed the goods carefully and in the place requested.  Thankyou

JT Dove Ltd Lemington - absolutely outstanding customer service from delivery driver Paul who went above and beyond with a delivery today. Access to the property was extremely challenging but Paul went out of his way - his driving skills are outstanding!  Well done JT Dove Ltd and Driver Paul who was an absolute star and first class!

I went in store as I was waiting in the queue the gentleman  In the queue to the right of me was returning items previously bought the gentleman  that was serving him shouted over to a lady sitting behind him at her desk called Adele asking her for a code to remove the  handling charge . As a few moments passed the same lady came to the counter and served me .initiallynShe was very polite until I told her that I wanted to return items that were previusly purchased . She replied very loudly saying there is a handling charge of 15%  and this is written in stone . I then asked her were is it she replied that it is on the counter but is not visible .At this point everyone in store started staring at me! . I started feeling very uncomfortable and left the store immediately saying to her that I would return once I've double checkednThe items that needed to be returned.nThe order I placed was for a total of £750 pounds which I payed cash fornAnd returns were only £80 pounds plus vat .But it was not the fact that she wanted to charge  a handling fee it was the fact that she had just gave a code to one of her colleagues to waver it and was referring to a sign that was not In plain sight .
