Top shop couldn't be happier saved £100 on a 5 star set up and got it all super quick
Awesome company.Ive bought several products from Native and the products are perfect and sent quickly. I bought the wrong trucks and needed a refund. I received an immediate phone call not an email and had great service in regards to my refund. Would recommend based on customer service alone. Thanks you guys.
Ordered a pair of Nike trainers from their site and they arrived the next day via courier with no extra charge. Amazing service. Incredibly hassle free. Highly recommend them. I'll be buying from them again ironic as they're based in my hometown of Newcastle and I'm currently in London!.
Really honest shop - had a fraudulent charge made from one of my accounts; they proactively handled the refund and called me to notify me of what was happening. The way that the situation was handled was just so top notch - if I am ever in the area I will be stopping by because businesses like this deserve all the support in the world! Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience from enquiring online for some help and advice on getting a custom board ive found the team at Native first class. I cant wait to pick up my board and no doubt will be back for more bits . Have a look in speak with the guys in store you'll be glad you did . Thanks once again.
Ordered an item as a Christmas present, on the 5th December... Got dispatched on teh 6th, but Native used Royal Mail, who are basically on strike half of this month... I understand its not Native Skates fault, but why use Royal mail when everyone knows they are on strike. Just use a different company... Common sense really to figure that out. Not hard.. Especially when most of their orders will be presents for Christmas.. Come on, seriously, why use a company who are currently on strike..? Still not received my order, 10 days later
Have bought from a few times brilliant service and advice from them
I spent approx £1500 there already, and I can honestly say, every penny left there was money well spend. They have good variety of products, best quality of the equipment and sometimes you can pick a good bargain om their sale offer. Thsre were instances when they messed up my order - like they send wrong riser pads for my board or no griptape, but after I sent the email the mistake was corrected immediately and the stuff I ordered was send free of charge! Customer service quality to be taken as an example! I can honestly say - best online skate store in the UK!
Great shop, helped us out with our 6 year old little lady's first complete board. Really helpful staff and a good selection of attire, boards and parts! We will be back even though its a 120 mile around trip.
