Terrible, worst new look I've been in. Only 2 men's fitting room cubicles, so took ages to try something on. Then found no stool and clothes left everywhere

I bought a top from this new look and couple of years ago, I wore it whilst out for a meal that same night that I had bought it but the button fell off in the taxi before I had even got to the restaurant. The following day I went back to the shop to return it but the manager refused it. She told me there was a spare button inside for situations like that and that I should go home and attach it myself. Even though I told her I hadn't even had it 24 hours she said because I had worn it she wouldn't take it back. I rang their customer services when I got home, they told me to take it back and quote the person on the phones name. Eventually they did refund me but after a lot of stress and hassle. Will no longer buy at new Look because of that manager, which is a shame as I love their clothes and accessories.

Top fashions but similar to primark just more expensive.

Very cheap, but therefore not really high quality products. Still wearable though.
