Excellent customer service, we ordered our sofa and two chairs. Excellent quality however one of our chairs was damaged on arrival. Delivery driver was really quick to notify customer services. The communication from Customer services was very professional and a repair technician was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and very polite and professional. Thank you HSL and thank you for the gift which was a nice gesture.
Refreshing to experience staff who are interested in their customer's requirements and confident in their product.
Staff are very knowledgeable and attentive and obviously proud of the company and its products but they give you time to explore on your own without overwhelming you. If I was to make a criticism it would be that it is quite stuffy and as a result attracts the older crowd which is a shame because quality is not an age thing which is a shame because I am not old yet. Can be difficult to get out due to an incredibly fast road but that's the same for all businesses in the area
Repaired some furniture and the staff are very friendly and welcoming
We where greeted with clear instructions about wearing a mask , sanitised our hands. We where then asked what we where looking for which was a chair for my husband . We where shown 3 chairs he tried all of them The lady explained about size the comfort aspect of each seat . Then we looked around the shop to make up our own minds . We choose a chair the fabric we wanted also a sofa in the end . First class service from shop to delivery. Chair and sofas come in parts the gents who deliver put them together and explained how to work them . Excellent would highly recommend H S L
Was met by very friendly and helpful lady called Tanya. The premises are just off a very fast road with poor signage for the premises. Went past the shop and almost back into Newcastle before able to turnaround and go try again. Once in the shop shown lots of products and given the 7 point assessment. Very likely to purchase from HSL.
If anyone needs a first class, experienced and personal service when choosing a product, my mum and I would definitely recommend this store. We stayed for over two hours today! This gave my mum plenty of time to find the right chair - one she felt comfortable with - and with a 1 to 1 pleasant, professional staff member to help with choosing the right product for her needs. The chair will arrive within 4-6 weeks, she can't wait!!!
Very helpful courteous and patient toward my 90 yr old mother. Excellent social distancing and PPE during our appointment made my mother comfortable and confident. Knowledgeable and helpful with choices of bed and chair. Recommended.
Wanted an adjustable bed. These people had limited options and were seriously overpriced. They try to justify this by saying they grow their own sheep on their own farm for the fillings an fabrics. On the other hand their stuff is good quality if you've more money than sense and don't care about having options.
We visited this branch , the lady who works there was the most awful and rude person we have ever dealt with in a shop in our life. If I can give negative stars, I would have done so. Not recommended at all.
