I was apprehensive about using Franks due to the reviews  but had found a carpet the perfect colour. I decided to go ahead with them and can only give positive feedback, pleasant sales assistants and the carpet fitter was excellent and very prompt on the whole I am pleased with the service

All the staff hiding behind the counter are ignorant and have no idea what customer service is, too busy on mobiles and arguing among each other to even acknowledge any customers. Waited in all day for carpet fitter to  measure rooms for fitting, didn't turn up, rang up to inquire and they lied saying I did not have an appointment,  no apology was made. Next day the carpet fitter arrived late, and wouldn't talk or make eye contact and stomped round my house like a big huffy child. Would never use this company again and would strongly advise anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.

Fitted carpet today 11/01/2018, terrible service from Franks.

Also door bar fitted between bathroom and hallway was uneven and loose, couldn't leave this on as unsafe. Also door bar between kitchen and passage way wasn't flush to the floor, it was loose. A big disappointment and will not use Franks again.

No complaints with Franks, staff good, carpet fine.  But NEVER get their fitter, we were quoted £75 to fit 2 rooms, a cocky kid who charged £110, said it was because we had supplied our own underlay????  No idea how he came up with that one.. So, get your own fitter, cheaper and less obnoxious
